Customers should contact GTC if not satisfied with a product for any reason. With prior authorization, GTC will promptly provide exchange or refund for parts or accessories within thirty days (30) of purchase. GTC must be contact by phone or email within thirty (30) days for all returns and/or exchanges.
Returned products must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged and in a saleable condition. Proof of purchase is required in all cases. Product returns may be denied and/or may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%. VEHICLE ARE SOLD ON A “FINAL SALES” BASIS ONLY. No refund or exchange will be given for vehicles or other large equipment.
Any refund or credit will be issued upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless arrangements are otherwise made during issuance of return authorization. Please follow these shipping guidelines:
- Completely fill out, detach and include the bottom half of the packing slip inside the package, being sure to fill out any required return information in full.
- If the packing slip is not available, please provide the purchase date, the original invoice number, and the item number for the product.
- Carefully package the item(s) using strong corrugated carton, wrapped well, and closed securely
- Please include all original boxes, manuals, accessories and packing materials.
- Indicate whether you would like a replacement product or refund to your account
- Please prepay shipping – GTC does not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) returns and shipping costs are not refundable
