We choose shipping options based on dimensions and weight of the individual product being shipped. Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments are not permitted. For vehicles and large freight shipments, prices stated are for Freight on Board (FOB) origin, from GTC facility and may or may not include fuel surcharges. Vehicles can be picked up at our facility, but we strongly recommend having them shipped if you are located more than 100 miles from our facility. All parcel shipments will be made by FedEx, UPS or USPS at discretion of GTC. Every effort will be made to honor carrier requests, though additional charges may apply. Unless Free Shipping is advertised, GTC charges a shipping and handling fee (includes internal handling and related costs), and all cost will be applied to each order during check out and noted on customer invoices.
Items shipping from our GTC facility will generally ship within one (1) business day of an order being placed, and three (3) business days for freight shipments. Shipping durations vary by destinations and day of week on which order is placed.
Some items offered by GTC are third party items, ship directly from the manufacturer or distributer. Lead-times for these items could vary beyond what is described above.

DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING
Before being carefully packed and shipped, your item(s) was inspected for any noticeable defects. However, despite our care in handling, occasionally shipments can be damaged during transit. Title and risk of loss pass to customer once the carrier has been paid; if items are damaged in transit, proper recourse would be to file a claim with the carrier. When you receive a shipment from us, please check the packing list immediately and report any discrepancy or damage to the carrier/agent that delivered the product–sign only for material delivered undamaged. If, upon further inspection you notice concealed damage or loss, save all boxes and packaging materials and notify the delivering carrier/agent.
